Package Your Items

Carefully place the jewelry or accessories in their original Shiels packaging and secure them in a protective shipping mailer.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
